Putting the hockey sticks down & picking up the fishing pole

When they aren't on the ice playing hockey for the Tampa Bay Lightning, Kieth Aulie, Victor Hedman, Pierre-Cedric Labrie and Alex Killorn are fishing with Capt. Larry!  Here they are holding a 6 ft spinner they caught and released using a live blue runner.  

The team also caught & released some other impressive sharks including bull, blacktips and more spinners (like the one pictured above),  plus an abundance of amberjacks. Capt. Larry & the hockey players were fishing in about 120 ft offshore of Anna Maria Island, using a variety of large live baits, which clearly worked out pretty well.  

Have your own shark week celebration like they did & fish it up big with Capt. Larry.  Also, make sure you get your fill of gag grouper while the season is still open!
